interesting place for staying in the middle of ninh binh. very friendly staff, always with a smile. the breakfast with bananas from the garden. perfect central location, near to the centre of tam coc beside the bus station and tam coc. also, close to everything. free parking nearby provided.

Location in the middle of the city was a plus. Went to Hai Linh Restaurant for drink or two, set around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. The room was new-fashioned and well-equipped, nice to relax in...

I recently stayed at Tam Coc Full House Homestay for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, right at the entrance of the Tam Coc boat pier and within walking distance to all the eateries, restaurants, markets, and massage places. The family room was spacious and clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They assisted us with arranging tours and taxis to Hanoi city, and even helped us get cheaper transportation from the airport. The homestay also offers motorbike and bicycle rentals, which was convenient. Though the breakfast had limited choices, the portions were generous and enough to start the day.

We had a fantastic stay at this homestay! the location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center and nearby restaurants and cafes. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a separate shower in the bathroom. the staff were super friendly and accommodating, helping us with motorbike rental and laundry services. the breakfast spread was amazing, with plenty of options to choose from including fresh fruit, coffee, pancakes, and omelettes. We also enjoyed the balcony on the second floor, perfect for soaking up the sun.

There was some noise from a nearby karaoke bus at night. But the hosts were very apologetic and it was out of their control.

The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting with airport transfers and accommodating all our needs. the room was basic but clean, equipped with all the essentials and at a brilliant price. the homestay was conveniently located just a street away from the main area of Tam Coc, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay.

The rooms are beautifully maintained and reasonably large with comfortable beds. Every staff member is incredibly kind and amiable and strives to meet your needs. The property's location is favorable and amazing, not far from the center of Tam Coc, beside the bus station, Tam Coc, and all the restaurants and attractions. The restaurant serves delicious Indian food. I totally recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
